Artemisia Calming Balance Toner
Bring Green Artemisia Calming Balance Toner is a low-pH hypoallergenic toner containing 70% Artemisia Capillaris Thunberg extract obtained by using the low-temperature, high-pressure extraction method. Aside from Artemisia, it also contains Glycerin and many other plant extracts to hydrate and soothe your skin.
This toner comes in a huge 270ml bottle, so you don't have to feel bad splashing on huge amounts of product to pamper your skin!
The toner has a little bit of slip to it, so it doesn't feel like plain water. That being said, there is no tacky or greasy finish, the toner absorbs quickly and comfortably into skin. This toner can definitely be layered to amp up the hydration level of your skin. Since is does not contain any Hyaluronic Acid, there is no film or finish left on the skin surface, this toner plays well with other products and help other products layer more effectively.
I actually really love this toner and it was a definite 5/5 star product for me (a toner/essence lover), if not for this SOLE reason - the fragrance!
The fragrance is extremely overpowering! I repeat, extremely. This toner contains essential oils (Bergamot Fruit Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil). I generally don't mind EOs but the moment I unscrewed the cap of this product, I could immediately smell the sweet floral "perfume".
It reminds me of the first time I used an Aesop toner, the fragrance was equally intense and borderline unbearable. The fragrance really lingers on my face for hours, it does not seem to fade away easily like most products do.
If you are not a fan of EO in your products, this is definitely not for you. And if you are sensitive to fragrances, this is definitely on the overpowering end of the spectrum, can't recommend this product to you either.
This is such a bummer because aside from the fragrance, this toner performs nicely and is extremely hydrating. It would have been almost perfect without the fragrance!

Thank you for your informative review! At first I was interested in the product but considering the fragrance was too strong, I had to think again about buying it.
