As i said before, it just like other straightener too. Can be use for straighten and curl hair
It just in mini size, travel friendly, easy to bring everywhere (as long the place has electric😂). So you dont have to pack the bigger size of hair straightener or curler.
Not i am not like it, but the mini size is not for me for now. My hair is long and thick. Maybe one day soon i will trim my hair and make a bang, so i can use it to styling my bang😅

Girlllll this is brilliant! I think i have to go with your way too. Already exchanged emails with the support team. They usually reply promptly but somehow they remained silent when there is inquiry about how to report shipping issues.this new version still has so many improvement to make. And i am not risking my acc for this issue in other ways.
