-Good side: This is by far so much more effective than OXY (pharmacy bought). I've had tiny breakouts and a big one on my cheeks and two more on my neck. I use it one night and woke up to seeing them disappear(small ones), and the big ones have gone down in term of size.. Now I'm using it both am and pm.
-Bad side: it slightly leaves a tingly feeling especially around my mouth and it lingers for long. But it isn't drying(contains gylcerin) or stinging at all for me.
