Adapalene Gel 0.1% Acne Treatment
Please read! This product has been the most life saving and finally got rid of my acne/cystic acne that ive had for over a decade. However it is heavy duty and the following tips will help your experience. 1. Accept there will be purging. When you start this treatment your cell turnover increases and acne will pop up. I had a bunch of red bumps pop up on my chin and cheeks. This lasted about 1 month and then my skin started to clear. 2. Always always always use a moisturizer. Ive been using this for 3 years and I still apply my moisturizer first. It reduces irritation but its best to wait 30 min. after applying moisturizer. 3. This takes time but nothing has ever been so worth it.
Use with caution. Start slow 1-2 nights a week, then 3-4. I now use every night.
