Neutrogena - vedi review for Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Cooling Toner

Key bad ingredient: Fragnance, Alcohol Opinion: Honestly, this product didn’t work for me at all. Apart from the cooling effect, I don’t like anything about this toner. ⛔️ It did not help reduce my blackheads at all. ⛔️ It dries out my skin a lot. ⛔️ This is the only toner that has had a harsh effect on my resilient skin so far. ⛔️ Again, like all other Neutrogena products, it contains fragnance and alcohol which are not good for skin. I wouldn’t recommend this toner to anyone, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin.
