Jennizme review for SUPERTONE TONER

I have been using this on Wednesday evenings before my Glycolic acid serum for chemical exfoliating. My face tolerates it well. It is harsh even to me but I always follow up with extra hydrating steps at the end of my routine to counteract any dryness or irritation. ***For some reason this evening I decided to bring it down my neck and had a pretty serious itchy reaction within seconds. I wanted to claw at my neck with my nails itchy. Instead I refrained and used a baby washcloth to wipe only my neck clean. Then I used the Neutrogena hydro boost body gel followed by Cetaphil moisturizing lotion and it has receded back to normal. 🔥 Would advise a test spot first.
