It does what it claims (swipe left) and I really have nothing to complain at all! I do enjoy the tone up effect and appreciate the Shine Control ability. One thing to note is although it leaves matte finishing, it gradually becomes dewy throughout the day. It also has Pearl Prism, which is like shimmer. It's not obvious at all, and can only be seen if I look closely under certain angle. It's quite pretty~
