It had a weird smell and it felt quite oily after application. It didn&#39;t feel like it did much for my face but maybe that&#39;s just because it&#39;s using a derivative instead of Ascorbic acid itself.

It&#39;s using a Vitamin C derivative so it doesn&#39;t oxidize so easily and is a lot gentler on the skin. It has a gel consistency for a good application experience.
