I'M FROM - simpleskinbylisa review for Rice Toner

🍯Texture: This has a milky texture and a small oil slip to it (IMO). But also it absorbs quickly, you barely even feel it. It just feels very hydrating and moisturizing when applied to the skin. You also have to shake the bottle before using it because it has a double-layer texture that is split into water and emulsion layer.  🧖🏻‍♀️My experience: I enjoy using this milky toner rice toner. I love the fact that this toner is instantly hydrating and it leaves a lightweight moisturizing layer on your skin. It’s doesn’t feel tacky or greasy. Don’t underestimate this product although it's lightweight it gives your skin moisturizing and brightening benefits. I used this more during the colder months but also on days where I feel dry because of my retinol, I will use a more hydrating toner like this or when I’m in a phase of dehydration. Also, this isn’t a fermented product for those who are sensitive to fermentation products.
