This is an essence-moisturizer hybrid and can be used as the final step in your routine if you donβt like the feeling of heavy creams. Despite having BHA, this goopy goodness is gentle enough for daily use and did not break me out. Iβm guessing this might be because salicylic acid as at the bottom of the ingredient list. It is protected inside this one-of-a-kind sustainable packaging.
This claims to keep the moisture balance of your skin while controlling the sebum production in your oily areas. I have noticed this to be true in my case. My t-zone has become less oily and my usually breaking-out forehead has become manageable. I relied on this for acne control and I can say it has done a pretty good job.
I can use this as my only moisturizer during non-exfoliating nights but I choose to pick up a more occlusive one when I want to keep my hydration steps sealed in.
Just like the other Toun 28 products that Iβve tried, this is a very gentle one and itβs also fragrance-free, allergen-free, and cruelty-free! I can recommend this for people with oily skin looking for a product to target oil control.
This can pill if I put too much but I actually enjoy the glue-like βpillingsβ lol. This might not provide enough moisturization for people with dry skin.
