This product claims to be a high adherence surface smoother and primer. This formula used silicones to act as matte, hydrating and blurring primer for makeup. My experience with this primer; . This primer is excellent under foundation or concealer . . It does a perfectly blurring job beautifully and a lot goes alot way. . For me the formula was not greasy or tacky at all it blends in on my skin really smoothly and it does an amazing job under my makeup.
