This product shouldn't sting the skin, maybe try buffering it by applying your moisturiser first then the BHA,
Hope this helps 😊

Use soothing and moisturizing product first so it doesn’t irritate your skin.

I’ve never heard of anyone experiencing irritation with this product, although it is possible considering it is formulated with salicylic acid. Personally, I found that it dried my skin out quite a lot but didn’t irritate it. It’s confusing, especially considering your skintype. Are you using any other exfoliants? It could be that you’re overexfoliating without realising it. Do you have any broken skin?
As a precaution, make sure you’re only using it a couple of times a week at most to avoid overexfoliating.
Also, make sure you’re not using it on the same nights you’re applying vitamin C or retinol (if they’re part of your routine).
I hope this helped! 😊

Well... this is actually one of her strongest 2% BHA. It’s the most penetrative one of all her 2% BHA.
BHA do tingles sometimes but it can be too much for some.
PC also has 2% BHA in gel and lotion form. Gel being easier to spread and lotion that has more buffers to reduce the absorption rate and reduce tingles
Her 2% Clear Regular strength is toner like in consistency
If you like her brand, she’s a queen in different types of BHAs

Sometimes it caused a stinging sensation if I used it when my skin wasn't in the best condition. Now I try to only use it once or twice a week so my skin will be healthy and can handle the salicylic acid well. Do you use it frequently? Maybe your skin is sensitized?
