Hmmm.. sunscreen? Most of the time i see people applied sunscreens less than what they need. And i remember months ago i've watched someone on yt doing her morning routine and endorsing a sunscreen saying that "a little goes a long way"🤦🏻♀️

Chemical Exfoliating maybe? If not use correctly it really ruins the skin barrier

Sometimes people leave sheet masks and clay masks way too long on their faces to the point where they're dry already 😔

I’ve done so many!
-nose strips
-too many stripping acne washes / treatments in the same routine drying out skin and worsening acne
-physical scrubs to clean blackheads/whiteheads
-using a sheet mask and washing the serum left behind off of my face after use
-Not using spf
-not using moisturizer
-leaving clay masks on wayyy too long
-squishing pimples underneath my acne patches
It’s all a learning process 🙈

I feel chemical exfoliation specially the ordinary AHA BHA peeling solution 😩it's so strong but sometimes people don't patch test or leave it on skin for long time!

acchkk truee! 🤧 this is also the product I have in mind. It was so rampant in tiktok, many people jump on trend but really don’t have a single clue how to use the product. 🤦🏻♀️
