I really recommend you to use your skincare product not only on the face, but also use it on the neck. I don't see the need to have different skincare routine between face and neck. And by using the same product on the face and on the neck, you can also save lots of money^^

I feel you! I have the exact same thing.
I have no acne on my forehead or anything on and around my nose. Everything is focused on the extremities of my cheeks, neck and chin, with blackhead, whiteheads and cystic acne. With hyperpigmentation. And that hurts sometimes. 😅
The hyperpigmentation on my cheeks slowly but surely fades away with my new skincare routine, but the hardest part is my neck/chin. As you said, I know a part of it is hormonal, and I am taking the pill and it has already improved a lot, as it helped regulate my hormones, but I'm also open to suggestions! 🤗
P.S.: I also do my skincare routine on my neck.

I don't know about you, but my neck sweats when it's hot out. This can cause acne for me once in a while. So ii like to carry some wipes around with me to just wipe the sweat off and any dust or particles that got stuck to my neck because of the sweat.

Same! I tried to be gentle with my neck and clean it because I do exercise and I live in a hot place so I do the same 😊 thanks ❤️

Include your neck when applying skincare. Consider it as an extension of your face (idk if i'm talking right here lol but srsly include your neck 😙)
