I do this as well! I have abnormal moles and freckles. They measure them annually to make sure nothing looks worse from the year before.

I honesty have my derm on speed dial at this point π but itβs only because Iβm fortunate that my insurance covers the visit and basic medications.

Often. I just visited a few weeks ago. I have a case of very bad allergy. I had some insane rashes that time and my meds aren't working so we visited a derma.
