I’m definitely no expert, but salicylic acid (also called BHA) or benzoyl peroxide can help with body acne. Be sure to also moisturize the area well (without those ingredients 😉) since BHA and BP can be drying.
you can find these ingredients in body washes or if you already have some for the face, you can use those too (leave on for maybe 10 minutes before you shower, or apply after shower and before moisturizer)

Both coconut and shea butters can block pores. I would recommend switching to something gentle without fragrance, suitable for sensitive skin. Exfoliate 1-2x a week and moisturise with something without any irritants (avoid alcohol, essential oils, perfumes etc)

I'm not a professional but I saw that you have oily/resilient skin. In the summer we tend to produce more sebum because of the heat. So it's better to use lightweight moisturisers like the gel types. In winter you could use the cocoa butter or shea butter moisturiser if your skin is too dry/if you want to. Also for the acne as Xinxin said you can use a shower gel or soap bar with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
Hope it get better soon.
