PIE

hi everyone, im currently dealing with PIE. I've been incorporating azelaic acid, tranexamic acid and alpha arbutin in my routine for a week now. what do yall think of these ingredients? will it help with my PIE? ive tried using 5% niacinamide but it broke me out even more which causes more PIE on my face.

Some skins can't use niacinamide or niacinamide in some combinations - my skin literally hates niacinamide so I use Vit C + niacinamide solutions on pimples only. We have to treat PIE as inflammation so I would recommend using centella, panthenol, azelaic acid, adenosine (it speeds up wound healing), but also caffeine, vitamin C and EGCG gives a nice effect on PIE :)

In general, Vit C in concentration above 10 can cause acne. Try SAP or map in below 10% concentration :)
