I didn't have issues with glow serum, but blemish treatment has glycolic acid and salicylic acid so it might be purging if you put it on the entire face. If you use it on spots but use dark spot glow serum on entire face then I would suspect that you're sensitive to one of the ingredients in it.

Axis-Y is awesome. I've been using both recently, but a little differently. Like @Betweendots mentioned, sounds like your face got sensitized with the Dark Spot Serum first, then was aggravated with the actives in the Spot Treatment (AHA and BHA). It also matters how long you've been using both, if they were ever used together in the same routine or day, other skincare used along with it in your routine, and where you specifically use it. Without knowing those minor details, it's hard to pinpoint exactly what started the reactions. It could be something else because...
- You could've had an allergic reaction to an ingredient in the Serum when first using it
- The Serum could've have a reaction with another product used in your routine
- Depending on the frequency you've used the other actives (AHA and BHA) it would make your face prone to sensitivity before you used the Dark Spot Serum.
I guess I'm curious what else you were using in your routine on those days.
I'm so sorry your face peeled. It's always really uncomfortable. I hope you are healing up real good.
*Apologizes to @Betweendots. I meant to mention you in the first draft.
