Retinol on neck

Heya Pickies ๐Ÿ’• For those of you using retinol, do you apply it on your neck too? I apply this gentle serum on my neck twice weekly. And I wonder if it's fine to apply retinol on the neck? PS: I've got lines similar to this.

Iโ€™m not using retinol but the skin on my neck is very sensitive. I canโ€™t tolerate anything on my neck, even simple moisturizers. I think this is caused by a thyroid problem I have.
