If you are just incorporating BHA into your routine, use it once a week. If you don't feel any irritation on your skin, use it 2 to 3 times a week, never use it every day because you can over-exfoliate your skin

Well… even the brand said it’s not for daily use because it is their strongest BHA in their line up. 3-4 times a week is enough because BHA will already increase your skin shedding process
