For me, it is really a good night's sleep! If I were to take a nap, my skin will look even betterπ€£ I don't know the logic behind this, but I realized that I will have great skin since I sleep a lot when I was sick.

for me, hydration is the most important for my skin. if my skin gets so dehydrated, my skin can easily get acne and i hate seeing my skin looking so dull too.
in addition, when my skin got closed comedones, it was hydrating products that actually helped a lot to solve the skin concerns more than exfoliator products. to sum up, my skin does rlly have to get an enough hydration ^^

Azelaic Acid made such a difference for me and my acne. I use the one from The Ordinary.
Also have been amazed how much more hydrated and supple my skin is since I use the Haru Haru toner (fragrace free version). Never achieved such a well hydrated/moisturized skin before.

I think it's a lot of factors.
Within skincare, using a exfoliating toner & moisturizer helped me the most!

mine is food intake. sugary food caused a lot of acne popping out. getting good night sleep (sleep as early as 11pm) def did a trick for my skin too. and also using sheet masks everyday really helped too

good advice...and yes eating a lot of sugar can effect the skin. and the most damaging effects is that it makes your skin look prematurely aged., and can breaks down collagen and elastin.
