I second this! also using soothing non stripping cleansers will help. plus including products with botanicals like centella asiatica. Also using niacinamide, snail mucin, prebiotics/probiotics, ceramide daily in your skin care routine is suppose to help tremendously. I learned all of this from a bio chemist on instagram.
