I don't get why this is innovative. It's just a skincare routine, which of course should change depending on your skin's needs . . . I'm an old and am not down with these buzz words lol

I've been doing this for almost a year. 3-4 nights π a week, I use mild exfoliators & remaining nights are with only hydrating products.
It works well for me βΊοΈ
