Can I use this product as a type of toner like that I put on my face and don't have to wash it off?

I hope I don't have any problems with it.

Usually it’s best to rinse after using micellar water partly to help finish cleansing, partly because it can leave behind a slight residue. Some skin tolerates the residue better than others, but I’ve read that micellar water is still intended to be rinsed off

The intended use of that product is for it to cleanse your skin but at the same time micellar water can be used without rinsing or washing your face afterwards. So if you're looking for something hydrating like a toner, this isn't it. But if you're using this as a cleanser and wondering if you have to rinse this off, then technically, no.

micellar water is made as a first cleanser, so in my opinion it still needs to be rinsed with water, because micellar water also leaves a residue that if it comes in contact with water it usually feels foamy and if you don't rinse it off immediately it might even be harmful to the skin, I think all skincare products are made based on its function, it's better if you use it according to its function, even though there are many skincare hacks out there, I think it's still better to use all products according to their function

I don’t like Garnier surfactant/emulsifier, disodium cocoamphodiacetate. Garnier says it’s non rinse but many people including me, find it itches the skin. You may experience it if you have sensitive skin. Bioderma and Simple has micellar water with gentler surfactant/ emulsif9 that doesn’t irritate the skn for most people, which is PEG 6 caprilic

I really don’t understand the purpose of this product. As a micellar water is useless if you wear makeup. it doesn’t remove it 100%, I would say it removes about 60% of makeup. And what’s the point of adding Vit C to the mix?

Since this was formulated as a micellar water cleanser and it was claim to be no rinse, then whatever micellar water that is left, that Vit C will allegedly work.
