I do believe some milia need to be physically extracted. Using vitamin C soon after can really help fade scars, but I have milia under my eyes that I've had for years. There's really no getting rid of them with topical products, from what I can tell.

The best solution is to visit esthetician - it's important to use right angle of needle to remove full milia and not leave anything inside. You can also use exfoliating solutions like AHA, BHA or even retinol

i had a reallyyyy stubborn milia around my butterfly zone for a few months. it took consistent chemical exfoliation + retinol to get rid of it. i was extremely patient 🫠

Have you tried spot patches,they help heal and shrink the pimple and lessen inflammation.

It's not real pimple - it's called "milia" ! So I don't know how deal with this...
