Vitamin C oxidation, turns my face orange

Some products with vitamin C ends up oxidizing/ turns my face orange and it takes a few days for it to go away. I am researching this sensitivity as well, but wanted to hear your thoughts and recs. These products I have tagged is what I’ve tried that gave me an orange hue that I know of for sure. I had more, but can’t think of their names as I gave them to family members to use.

Vitamin C can oxidize easily. I keep mine in the fridge to have consistent lighting and temperature. If you leave it out in the sun, it will oxidize and ruin your product.

I had the same problem with vitamin C, it’s oxidized in my face, but I found a trick: I put on moisturizer as soon as possible after my vit C, and don’t forget to put on sunscreen

Ahhh, sandwich effect… that just might work for me because oxygen and sunlight oxidizes some products because of the certain chemical processes. Regardless of if they reverse the effect of oxidation in their products sometimes it’s inevitable… no matter what hmm 🤔 got my noggin going lol thank you for that! Work with whatcha got 🫶🏻
