Fungal Acne?

I was wondering if anyone knows any good products (affordable) for fungal acne if there are any. I’ve been try everything and can’t seem to get it to go away. I have very dry and acne prone still as well so I can’t use to harsh of products. If anyone can help please reply! 🫶🏼☺️

It was said that anti dandruff shampoo works well for fungal acne since dandruff is also a type of fungal infection

Yeah I just saw a vid on my FYI page about a derm doctor conforming that an ingredient in H&S shampoo would help combat the fungal but not for daily use though

i agree with bazz! just use it 2-3 times a week on the affected area by lathering a small amount and leaving it on. you could also check if the products you're using are fungal acne safe in Google :))
