for skin elasticity and firmness - collagen, peptides, and retinol! honorable mention (and my personal favorite) is bifida ferment.
I don't have age spots but after doing a little research it seems that the best ingredients are AHAs such as glycolic and lactic acid, retinoids such as tretinoin and adapalene gel, vitamin c with very consistent use, and kojic acid. a really strong but effective option with faster results is hydroquinone but I personally don't think it's worth it for how irritating it can be. slow and steady wins the race!
I hope this helps and if you need specific product recommendations please let me know, i'm happy to help! 🫶🏽

Thank you so much! I've actually got a couple of products with hydroquinone & squalene in them and so far- no irritation from daily use with them. Good to know for anyone with sensitive skin though 😉

VT’s reedle shots has micro particles made from minerals that “punctures” or exfoliates your derma layer which helps with your skin elasticity and absorption of skincare! It should be the very first step of your skincare after cleansing!
The PDRN essence will target with fine lines, and wrinkles! It will help with skin regeneration and elasticity!

I pretty much have retinol, peptides, and hyaluronic acid in all my facial products! I agree that they are key elements in the anti-aging War we all must battle as we get older.
Thank you for your response to my question. I
