Shirojyun Albutin Medicinal Whitening Toner
This is definitely a toner, even though on the bottle it states lotion. Obviously, it’s not a mistake, you just have to be careful when it comes to japanese skincare names, as they are not always the same one that are used in western or korean skinca...
I don’t see it bringing huge results on it’s own. It can be a great addition to some other products that fight with hyperpigmentation, but if you’re looking for spectacular results, it won’t be enough.

Shirojyun Albutin Medicinal Whitening Toner
but I think it's good, it doesn't have any negative effects
Maybe this doesn't suit my oily skin,, it's a bit sticky when I use it, it's okey, but it's okay, I'm more suited to white ones .......

Shirojyun Albutin Medicinal Whitening Toner
Hydrating and does not cause me to break out. After using for a longggg while, I did feel that my skin got brighter but am not sure if it is directly attributed to this product.
The brightening effects if any are subtle and takes a long time. Feels like any normal toner.
