Soomi003 review for Rose Water Toner

Here's the real tea, it was so hydrating for my oily acne prone skin so I'm now using it as body moisturizing spray by mixing equal amounts of water to it. Strong fragrance. I occasionally use it (this mixture) as a face mist when I don't feel like using any other products (usually when my skin is most sensitive before my periods and during my ovulaion.) Edit: Wait a minute... fragrance can sensitize the skin... That's it. Sorry I'm not using this anymore. THANK YOU
