GlowWithGia review for Rhodiola Relief First Toner

Rhodiola is high in antioxidants, and as a skincare ingredient improves skin health, and makes it smooth and soft. There are anti-aging and soothing properties as well. The toner is milky white and thicker than water but still runny. It has HA and mugwort, which makes it great for combination and dry sky skin types. I found this toner very hydrating with no strong smell. It reminds me of another popular toner I really like.
