Herbal Dynamics Beauty - Ajsensitiveskincare review for Clean & Calm® Cucumber & Blue Lotus Micellar Water

Gently and effectively cleanse skin of oil, makeup and other impurities with a one-step, complexion-brightening micellar solution featuring white water lily and blue lotus extracts. Micellar waters are my JAM. If you’ve been following me you know there aren’t a lot of cleansing oils and balms that don’t break me out. And the ones that don’t I usually find a bit drying or have a hard time justifying the price for. It’s just always something with me and cleansing oils lol. So I’ve been a loyal user of micellar waters to remove my SPF and makeup (double cleanse) for the past 2-3 years. I’ve found some to be better than others but I tolerate most pretty well. I was beyond excited when @herbaldynamicsbeauty sent theirs for me to try. It contains 💙Blue Lotus Extract with anti-inflammatory properties to soothe skin. 🤍Water Lily Extract that helps with cell turnover, building a healthier epidermis. 🥒Cucumber Extract which contains Lactic Acid, helping in maintaining skin surface quality. 🧬Vitamin B5 -Promoting cellular regeneration and healthy skin barrier function. My tip: I don’t use micellar waters the traditional way, with a cotton pad and rubbing at the skin. Years ago I learned a hack on Reddit to lean my head forward in the sink and squeeze the micellar water from the bottle directly onto my skin. Massage it in circular motions. It begins to emulsify a bit. In the mirror I can see makeup/SPF lifting away. Then I splash with water a few times and typically follow with a second cleanser.
