Normally, I apply just one layer but at times when my skin feels extremely dry, I apply 2-3 layers for an extra dose of hydration. I also mix it with my body lotion to apply on my body. This is one of the best hydrating and budget friendly K Beauty toners out there. And it doesn't cause any irritation so it's safe for sensitive skin.
