Very nice, watery spray toner that you can layer multiple times on the skin. It is very light, not at all heavy. I like to spritz it in between the steps of my skincare routine for added hydration. While it can be used as a stand alone toner, it isn’t really very hydrating or moisturizing, but it works well as a basic toner and can be a good addition to a simple routine.
