Do not apply multiple layers because only the first layer will touch the lashes and the rest will start to flake off 

It definetly feels moisturizing, I haven’t used it long enough to know if it’s growing out my lashes. I will 100% buy this again because I used it once before putting on mascara and the way it looked after I applied my mascara was AMAZING. I had an insane amount of separation on my lashes with ZERO clumping and it looked so good an natural. I have no words…
