Mineral Water, Centella, Madecassocide, Aloe, Panthenol, Allantoin, & multiple weight of Hyaluronic acid This toner feels slightly thicker than the other and feels more hydrating as well. Jumiso chose to use mineral water here, which I thought was interesting. When my skin is sensitive or overheated, this is a nice one to reach for.
