Matte Beauty Blush Wand
๐ Shade: Peach pop ๐ย I am SO EXCITED about this release! I already love Charlotte's liquid formula - the contour and highlighter wands are DIVINE. BUT (unpopular opinion) I don't absolutely love the OG glowy blushes - so I'm definitely happy to see a matte version in the lineย
The *new* MATTE beauty blush wand retails for ยฃ30. It has the same squeezy-tube with puff applicator as the rest of the line and the colour of the outer tube is consistent with the shade inside. For those that aren't familiar with this packaging - remember to twist it to an OFF position after use!ย
I find the formula pretty comparable to the rest of the beauty wands - it's smooth, lightweight, and can be applied directly to the cheeks without disturbing the base underneath. Peach pop is a firey coral shade that would probably work well on fair to medium skintones. It blends out seamlessly to a medium-sheer layer and builds up easily for an extra pop! Although it's described as a matte blush, it has a very pretty youthful sheen that pulls more satin and skin-like than a true flat matte. Also the longevity is insane - it lasts literally all day on my cheeks which is rare for a liquid formula (just for fun - try swatching it and letting it dry on your skin ๐ซฃ)
Obviously this is a Charlotte Tilbury product so it does come with a luxury price tag... I'd definitely say there are other comparable products on the market that look and wear similar to this but for a fraction of the price...
