Vitamin C Brightening Moisturising Cream
This cream was a lovely surprise!
π The texture is incredibly pleasant, it feels like custard cream but light and non sticky
π The price is unbeatable! Β£5 (Β£4.5 with a boots card) for 50ml.
π Contains two interesting vitamin C derivatives:
3-0 Ethyl Ascorbic Acid
Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate
π Contains yuzu exctact, niacinamide e vitamin E
π Did not irritate my skin, feels good and comforting on face, no tingling.
π Although I like the fragrance, it does linger for a while and some people might not enjoy it
π The vitamin C derivatives are quite down the ingredient list and % are not disclosed, so I am not sure how much of the active ingredients it contains.
π I am not a fan of jar packaging
π The texture is fantastic but I cannot use it as a standalone moisturiser as it is not nourishing enough for my dry skin. It might be perfect in summer or hot and humid weather though
