BeSavvy review for Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment

I received this product complimentary from Sunday Riley for testing purposes. The product had a pungent lemongrass aroma the first time I applied it on my wrist for a patch test. However, when I later applied it to my face the smell wasn’t as bad and faded a lot quicker. Note that when I did the patch test on my wrist I did not experience any burning or itching sensation, however when I applied the product on my face I experienced mild itching and burning for about 10 minutes after application. My skin seems to feel softer since using this product and skin clarity also seems to be brighter. Do keep in mind that the product won’t work miracles overnight, and it won’t fix textural issues until extended use. I noticed a slight reduction in pore size the following morning and the product did a really good job at smoothing out the tiny bumps on the side of my nose, but it also caused me to develop a dry patch of skin on my chin, despite my use of a moisturizer after applying the product. The product claims that it can plump up fine lines in 3 minutes and while I did notice the fine smile lines around my mouth seemed to be a bit filled in 3 minutes after applying the product, again, it is not a miracle product, and the second I smiled again the lines returned. Overall, the product does its best to meet the claims set forth by the company, but extended use would be required to see long lasting results. You can use it occasionally and get the results of a facial, or you can use it weekly or twice a week for more permanent results. I would not recommend this product for daily use, as I have mildly sensitive skin and I feel the level of acidity in this product would do more harm than good if used daily. I am giving the product 4 stars because I genuinely noticed immediate results and improvement after even one use, but the smell of the product and price point make me hesitant to give the product 5 stars until I see more long lasting results after a few months of usage.
