I’m sure most of you are no stranger to double cleansing. I myself have been double cleansing religiously when I wear foundation or SPF. Until I tried the WM5 Meltaway cleansing balm. This, my friend, is a double cleanser in 1. The texture is between a soap bar and raw coconut oil. You only need a tiny bit between the fingers and then rub onto a wet face. Unlike traditional balm which you go on dry, this one starts wet. It will turn milky as you rub a bit more with lukewarm water, and then your are done! Totally Cleansed. My face didn’t feel tight afterward. You get a feeling that a burden has been lifted off the skin, which is now free of skincare product or makeup, is relaxed and in a state of comfort. Just skin and nothing else. In no rush to apply my moisturizer as my skin felt totally balanced after cleansing. Quite a game changer. I did some research and found that there are shea butter, glycerin, vitamin E, ginger root extract, and other hydrating ingredients in this balm. Zero preservatives. However, there is added fragrance. I would very much prefer it without but I’m glad it didn’t bother my sensitive skin. Overall I am thrilled to reduce my skincare steps. My sensitive face is agreeing with this cleansing balm. I actually get a glow after cleansing. Will I buy this when I run out? Absolutely.
