Pro V Miracle Moisture Boost Shampoo with Rose Water
I really appreciate when brands make their shampoo and conditioner bottles distinctly different—it’s perfect for people who can’t easily tell them apart (like my mom). I hadn’t used Pantene in years because I found that my hair is finicky and prefers more expensive hair care products.
I’m glad to see this new formulation doesn’t contain SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), which I found to strip all the moisture from my hair, leaving it brittle and dry. For context, I have an oily scalp but drier ends, so I need something that cleanses my scalp well without drying out my ends.
This has so many great hydrating ingredients, like multiple types of betaine, panthenol, and polyquaternium-10. I love how short the ingredient list is, with everything being great for your hair. I paired this with the conditioner, and my hair looked amazing—no frizz. While I still invest in more expensive hair care, I’m happy I found an affordable alternative that works for me.
Overall, I rate this a solid 5/5! I also love the scent—it’s such a 'clean girl' smell. I could still smell it in my hair after a long day, which blew my mind.
Nothing at all! It actually caters to my hair care needs.
