If you have been following the saga of my fall and the damage to skin of my left leg then this review might be for you. I also use this vitamin E as part of a scalp mask the night before I was my hair. I use fresh aloe, 1tsp of vitamin E, 1tsp of raw honey, a few drops of Argan oil end a few drop of Jojoba oil. I massage it into my scalp and leave it on overnight. Next day I was it out and my hair is so light, fluffy and my scalp feels clean and residue free. This is a great moisturizer for under your eyes and on a healing blemish. This is a high dose in each bottle, 45,000 IU and mixed with high quality oils that are high in essential fatty acids. It’s a good price and lasts quite a while. Very thick consistency that easily smooths on and absorbs within a few minutes. There is nothing watery or cheap about it. It’s very cosmetically elegant and smooths on and absorbs quickly.
